Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty period of 180 days from the original purchase date for all defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated. Please note that physically damaged merchandise is not covered under warranty. To request a replacement for a defective item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team at Sales@newbeefix.com. Once you have an RMA number, you may return the defective item to us for a replacement.
Return Policy
Malfunctioning Parts:
If a product purchased from Newbeefix does not function properly (excluding physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage) within 365 days from the original purchase date, customers may initiate a RMA for an exchange or refund request.
For returns made within 0-30 days from the original purchase date, all merchandise (excluding shipping) may be returned for a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise indicated.
For returns made within 31-60 days from the original purchase date, all merchandise (unless otherwise indicated) may be returned for a refund equal to the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
For returns made within 61-90 days from the original purchase date, all merchandise (unless otherwise indicated) may be returned for a refund equal to the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, minus a 20% processing fee. The refund amount will be given as a coupon to be used at checkout (expires 90 days after the date issued).
No refunds will be given after 90 days from the original purchase date. If a customer wants to make an exchange, they will need to pay for the difference between the current selling price and the original selling price.
Received Defective Parts
a. DOA, Dead on Arrival:
Please refuse delivery of the package from the courier if it appears to have been tampered with or is visibly damaged. After refusing the package, please contact us immediately to inform us of the situation. If you have already accepted the package and the products inside are physically damaged or non-functioning, please open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receiving the package on our website. Please provide the following information in the RMA within the 7-day period:
- Pictures of the front and back of the shipment box.
- Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
Please note that failure to provide information regarding a DOA (Dead on Arrival) item within 7 days upon receipt will result in the RMA being denied. Additionally, please ensure that you have ordered the correct parts before making a purchase, as wrong parts ordered are not eligible for return or exchange.
b. Customer ordered wrong parts:
While we technically do not hold responsibility for returns of items that were incorrectly ordered, we still want to assist our customers in such cases. However, customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees and restocking fees of 30% (for refund requests) or 20% (for exchange requests) will be charged after we receive and test the product. Please note that failure to open a RMA within 7 days upon receipt for incorrect item orders will result in denial. This also applies to wrong parts received.
c. Customer received incorrect parts:
If you have received an incorrect item, please take three clear photos of the incorrect item with the SKU showing, and open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on our website. We will verify the error and resolve it as quickly as possible. The RMA processing time is typically within seven business days from the receipt of the defective items by NBF, depending on the customer's request (refund or exchange). If it has been more than seven business days and you have not received any update, please send an email to Sales@newbeefix.com, and we will handle your inquiry immediately.
Unfortunately, some customers have abused our generous return, warranty, and other policies. We reserve the right to apply stricter policies to customers who abuse our policies. Please note that these policies are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
NOTICE
- To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items being returned must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any items that do not meet these criteria will be denied a RMA.
- Please note that all items must be approved for return with a RMA number before they are sent back to us. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- All items being returned must have the "NBF" stamp on them, indicating that they were originally purchased from Newbeefix. If an item does not have this stamp, it will be denied a RMA.
- It is important that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Any items returned without a RMA number displayed will be denied.
- Please note that all items have a warranty period of 365 days from the original purchase date. If an item is returned outside of this warranty period, the RMA will be denied.
