Duties&Taxes

Customs Clearance & Import Duty

At NewBeeFix, we do not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges to your order. The total cost you see on the checkout page, which includes the goods subtotal and shipping cost, is the only amount you will pay us. However, for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs charges that may occur in their country.

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. We recommend that you check your country's import policy to understand your potential liability.

Please note that all duties and taxes levied are the responsibility of the buyer and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or courier company upon delivery. NewBeeFix shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay as this is out of our control.

For customers in Brazil, please note that your country's import policy requires goods to have a valid tax number before customs clearance. Please be sure to provide a valid tax number as it is required for delivery and customs clearance. To avoid any unnecessary import disputes, please pay attention to this reminder.

Remarks

Please note that in some cases, shipping to remote destinations may require additional time and extra fees due to international logistic policies. This additional delivery fee is required by logistic companies and must be borne by the receiver.

Please ensure that you provide sufficient information when placing your order to avoid non-delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to insufficient information provided by the client.

Duties & Taxes

When you purchase from NewBeeFix, please note that we ship our goods from China, which means that you (or the consignee) are the importer. In many countries, this means that you will be responsible for paying import duties and other taxes. Therefore, it is your responsibility to find out about these taxes and pay them upon receipt of the items.

Many countries charge two types of tax on imported goods: sales tax (VAT) and import duty. The taxes are calculated based on the value of the goods and shipping. Some countries do not charge taxes on certain types of goods or small shipments. You should be aware of the situation in your own country.

NewBeeFix does not charge any sales tax or hidden charges on our end, but you may be required to pay taxes when you receive the goods. If you refuse to pay these taxes, we cannot accept any returns or refunds.

We usually declare the value of goods on the commercial invoice to be consistent with the selling price. Any customization you request from us regarding declaration value on the shipping paperwork is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any custom taxes due to the declared value.

The contents of the package must be accurately declared for customs purposes. Any customization you request from us regarding the declaration of the package contents is also at your own risk.

If you have to pay any taxes on the goods you receive, the most common way is for the taxes to be paid at customs by the courier (e.g., DHL, UPS). You can then pay the courier back using cash or your credit card when they deliver the goods to your door.

Import and tax rules vary by country, change frequently, and are dependent on shipment size and contents. Additionally, different ports and customs houses in your country may not consistently apply these rules. Therefore, NewBeeFix cannot offer specific advice on how much tax you will have to pay or any guarantees related to this issue.
