If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, NewBeeFix will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all sales of motherboard replacements, hard drives, and repair tools are final and non-refundable.

Return Cost and Insurance

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring any returns. Shipping and handling costs associated with a return for a replacement will be shared between the customer and Newbeefix. Newbeefix will cover the cost of shipping and handling for sending a replacement, while the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We cannot offer low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.

Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order from being processed and dispatched. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may need to follow our return policy. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on returns and refunds.

Price Protection

When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. Our website is updated frequently to ensure that the most current and accurate prices are listed. Once an order is placed, you have agreed to the current price listed on our website. We cannot make any adjustments to the price once the order has been processed. Thank you for your understanding.
