Destinations 

We ship our products worldwide. However, there may be restrictions on certain products or shipping to certain destinations may not be possible. In the event that we are unable to ship your product, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation.

Shipping Costs 

The shipping charges displayed during the checkout process are accurate for most countries. However, for certain destinations, the actual shipping rates may be higher than what is listed on our website. If this is the case, we will notify you of any additional charges and seek your confirmation before proceeding with your order or transaction.

Shipping Availability Date 

The products you have ordered will be available for shipping within three (3) business days of cleared payment. However, please be aware that any shipping availability or delivery dates mentioned on our website or otherwise communicated to you are only estimates and are not guaranteed. There may be delays beyond our control, such as customs holding the products. We will not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery, except as provided below.

If your product is not released for delivery within 14 calendar days from the date your order was accepted and payment was received, or from the estimated delivery date, whichever is later, either party may cancel or terminate the order. In this case, our sole liability and your sole remedy will be a refund (without interest) of any payment you have already made for the order.

Insurance

As the buyer, you bear all risks of loss and damage to the product(s) during transportation. Please be aware that carriers, shippers, and other relevant parties may have limited liability under applicable laws and/or international treaties. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to cover against the risk of loss and damage during transportation, and we can provide information on available insurance rates upon request.

We take care to pack and address all items for export, with standard one-way export packaging provided unless we agree to cover packaging costs based on verifiable net costs. However, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.

If you purchase insurance, the terms and conditions of coverage will be subject to the underwriter by whom the insurance is provided, with a coverage limit not exceeding the invoice value of the items. If you need to file a claim for loss or damage covered by the insurance, please contact us to initiate the claim process. We will refund the cost or replace the item only after confirmation is received from the insurance company that the claim has been accepted and compensation has been paid.

About the Special Shipping with Logos or Battery, etc.

We offer the best online shipping cost for ordinary goods that do not include brand names or batteries. However, please be aware that if your order includes certain products such as mobiles, batteries, MP3/MP4/MP5/MP9 devices with built-in batteries, or products with brand logos such as NOKIA, Apple iPhone, Blackberry, HTC, Google, Wii, Xbox360, NDSL, the shipping cost may be slightly higher than normal. Additionally, we recommend that customers arrange for their own shipping agent to handle customs clearance for goods shipped with logos.

How to track my order?

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. For DHL shipments, you will be provided with a DHL shipper's reference track number which can only be checked on the DHL website by selecting the "Track by Shipper's Reference" option in the menu.

Do you ship to my DHL or UPS address for freight collect?

Yes, you will need to have a DHL or UPS account, as we will need to input your account number on the express bill.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

  • APO = Army Post Office
  • FPO = Fleet Post Office

We use EMS or Hong Kong Post to ship to APO/FPO addresses as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT do not accept shipments to these addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?

We use EMS or Hong Kong Post to ship to APO/FPO addresses as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT do not accept shipments to these addresses.

Can you ship to my Chinese partner or friend or split the shipment of my order?

Yes, please leave a message with your request and we will confirm with you at a later time.

If your address is classified as a remote address, we recommend changing the shipping method to another option such as EMS. Please contact us to update your order's shipping method. If you insist on using DHL/FedEx/UPS, additional remote delivery service charges may apply.
