1.What is returns & refunds process?

To apply for an item return or refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 7 days after receiving the item(s) and provide the reason for the return or refund.
  2. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund process.
  3. Pack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
  4. Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The shipping cost for the return shall be borne by you.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and our stock availability.

Please note that we only accept returns or refunds for items that are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been used or damaged by you.

2.What is the estimated shipping cost for returns?

The shipping fee for returns depends on your local post office. Please check with your local post office for international freight costs. Some regular post mail fee for your reference as below:

  • USPS First Class Mail International: Starting at $14.25
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Starting at $42.65
  • Royal Mail International Standard: Starting at £5.55 (UK)
  • Canada Post International Letter-post: Starting at $7.20 (Canada)
  • Australia Post International Standard: Starting at $15.70 (Australia)

Please note that these are just estimated starting prices and the actual cost may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

3.What address should I send my return to?

Upon submitting a request for a return, our Customer Service Team will provide you with the address of the warehouse where you can send the item

4.Is it necessary to offer tracking number for the returned item?

Yes, we require that you track the returned item.

5.How do I get a refund?

If you made the payment through PayPal, we will process the refund directly to your PayPal account. The refund process usually takes 1-3 business days to complete. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal.

6.What kinds of items cannot be returned?

As stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy, certain items cannot be returned, including intimates and nightwear, lingerie, adult toys, and tattoo merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
